1. Before using the contact lens for the first time, please make sure that
you soak the contact lens in the lens solution which we have provided for at least 2 hours.
2. If there is any discomfort due to the contact lens, we will provide a one for one exchange
of the contact lens within 7 days of the date of purchase.
Any damaged or used contact lens are not refundable or exchangeable.
3. Purchase of our comestic contacts lens must be made in pairs. We do not
sell a single contact len for one eye. For each pair of same colour
comestic contact lens, you may choose different power degrees for each of your eye.
However, we do not have sell different colour contact len for each eye.
For those customers who have more than 300 degress of astigmatism,
we do not recomment that you use comestic contact lens. For thoese
who have more than 100 degrees of astigmatism, we would need to prescribe a
special type of cosmetic contact lens of the same quality foryou with no extra charge.
